Pour toute question relative au site ou \u00e0 une commande, le Client peut nous contacter \u00e0 l&rsquo;adresse e-mail : contact@lumelya.eu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 2 \u2013 Product characteristics<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lumelya offers nail care products and accessories for sale, described with the greatest possible accuracy on each product page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Custom Press-on Nails:<\/strong> False nails created entirely to order and personalized according to the client's choices (size, shape, colors, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Sizing Kits:<\/strong> Tools for measuring nail size\u2014essential for the custom creation process\u2014prepared according to the client's choice (shape).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Prep kits:<\/strong> Standard application accessories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Keychains:<\/strong> Standard non-personalized and personalized decorative items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As all the press on nails are hand-painted, these handcrafted items may exhibit slight variations (in color or pattern) compared to the photographs shown; such variations cannot be considered defects of conformity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 3 \u2013 Determination of sizes and customer responsibility<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">For any order of custom press-on nails, <strong>the customer is required to provide their nail sizes directly when placing the order<\/strong> on the lumelya.eu website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To help the Client determine their exact measurements, Lumelya provides the following on the website:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A guided method explaining how to measure your natural nails.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Size correspondence charts specific to each nail shape offered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The option to purchase a <em>Sizing Kit<\/em> prior to placing an order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the sizes provided when placing their order. Lumelya does not verify the measurements supplied. Consequently, no claims, exchanges, modifications, or refunds will be accepted in the event of a sizing error on the part of the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 4 \u2013 Price and payment terms<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Lumelya reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.<br>Full payment is due at the time of the order. Transactions are processed via secure payment systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 5 \u2013 Right of withdrawal and statutory exceptions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the consumer-customer generally has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. This timeframe may be extended during periods of high demand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Delivery time (transit):<\/strong> In addition to the production time, there is the postal transit time (generally 2 to 5 business days for mainland France, depending on the chosen carrier).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with regulations, Lumelya guarantees that the complete delivery of products will take place within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this time limit, and barring cases of force majeure, the Customer may request the cancellation of their order and a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the provided delivery address. Any parcel reshipped due to an incomplete or incorrect address shall be at the Customer's sole expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 7 \u2013 Statutory warranties<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a professional seller, Lumelya is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract (Article L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and for hidden defects in the sold item (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Statutory warranty of conformity:<\/strong> The Customer has a period of two (2) years from the delivery of the goods to take action in the event of a manufacturing defect (excluding errors regarding size made by the Customer).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Warranty against hidden defects:<\/strong> The Customer may choose between rescinding the sale and a reduction in the sale price if a hidden defect renders the product unfit for its intended use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>These warranties do not apply in cases of misuse, incorrect application of the false nails, negligence, or normal wear and tear.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARTICLE 8 \u2013 Accuracy of information and errors<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on our store. Cette inscription repose strictement sur le consentement pr\u00e9alable du Client, exprim\u00e9 par une d\u00e9marche active (case \u00e0 cocher au moment de la commande ou via un formulaire d\u00e9di\u00e9). Le Client peut se d\u00e9sinscrire \u00e0 tout moment et sans frais en cliquant sur le lien de d\u00e9sinscription pr\u00e9sent en bas de chaque e-mail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Envoi de formulaires de collecte d&rsquo;avis : Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat l\u00e9gitime de l\u2019entreprise d\u2019am\u00e9liorer continuellement la qualit\u00e9 de ses produits et services, Lumelya utilise un outil tiers ind\u00e9pendant (CusRev) pour l&rsquo;envoi automatis\u00e9 de demandes d&rsquo;avis suite \u00e0 une commande.
